Gavin Lee is an acclaimed actor known for his dynamic stage presence and versatility. Some of his credits included: Thenardier in Les Misérables on Broadway and Squidward in SpongeBob SquarePants: The Musical, a role that earned him a Tony Award nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Musical.

Gavin has enjoyed a series of Fred Astaire roles, including Ted Hanover in the world premiere of Holiday Inn at Goodspeed Opera House and Jerry Travers in Top Hat at the Aldwych Theatre in London, contributing to the production’s Olivier Award win for Best Musical.

He originated the role of Bert in the West End and Broadway productions of Mary Poppins, earning Olivier and Tony Award nominations, as well as winning a Drama Desk Award and a Theatre World Award. While in NYC, Gavin performed at Carnegie Hall in Showboat and appeared on TV in shows like White Collar, Law & Order: SVU, and The Good Wife.

His other notable London credits include Crazy For You, Peggy Sue Got Married, Me and My Girl, Over My Shoulder, Oklahoma!, and Contact. His regional UK theatre credits feature leading roles in Singin’ In The Rain, Snoopy, Noel Coward’s Masterpieces, Of Thee I Sing, Saturday Night, Alan Ayckbourn’s Whenever, and Chicago.
