The Shows

Twice a year, PTW invites students to perform at some of New York’s legendary cabaret venues, including 54 Below and Don’t Tell Mama, during both winter and summer sessions (by audition). Students also perform special presentations for their Acting, Song Interpretation, Dance, Voice, and Performing classes at the conclusion of fall (Scenes & Songs) and spring (Cabaret Night) semesters. In June, privately trained students perform in their own PTW Recital, showcasing the skills they’ve mastered through that semester. For students eager to showcase their progress as often as possible, PTW offers 7 invitation-only performing levels that combine singing, dancing, and acting: Troupe, Encores, Spotlights, Broadway Bound, Triple Threat & Showtime.
